Dr Kyriacos Themistocleous presented the EXCELSIOR Project at the International Conference on Environmental Science and Technology in Rhodes, Greece which is one of the worldwide leading environmental conferences on Friday, 1 September, 2017. During the presentation, he had the opportunity to present the project to engineers, scientists, researchers, students, managers and other professionals and address the potential application of EXCELSIOR for emerging environmental issues, state-of-the art research and innovative technologies. During the conference, a wide range of topics were presented which addressed new opportunities for the emerging science-policy interface promoting the dialogue between the scientific and policy-making communities.
